Personal Health Assistant is an automated health-notification application operated by Michael Paglia, sole proprietor. Its server software connects to each subscriber's Oura ring account and sends that subscriber SMS notifications about their own health data. Messages are generated and sent by the application. Enrollment is invitation-only and limited during early access.
The service stores each subscriber's own health metrics (sleep, heart rate, stress, and activity data from their Oura ring) and the text replies they send us. We use this data only to generate that subscriber's summaries, alerts, reminders, and automated answers about their own health by SMS. It is stored on a private server operated by Michael Paglia and is used for no other purpose.
We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Message frequency: typically 1–4 automated messages per day, plus an automated reply whenever a subscriber texts in. Automated messages are not sent between 10:00pm and 7:30am in the subscriber's local time zone. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.
