Personal Health Assistant is an automated messaging service operated by Michael Paglia, sole proprietor. Its software sends each subscriber SMS messages about that subscriber's own health data (sleep, heart rate, stress, and activity) collected from their Oura ring. By opting in, you consent to receive these automated messages at the phone number you provide. Enrollment is invitation-only and limited during early access.
Message frequency: typically 1–4 automated messages per day, plus an automated reply whenever you text in. Automated messages are not sent between 10:00pm and 7:30am in your local time zone. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
