Personal Health Assistant is an automated notification service operated by Michael Paglia, sole proprietor. Our server software connects to each subscriber's Oura ring account, checks their health data on a schedule, and texts them a morning sleep summary, alerts when a metric moves off their own baseline, ring battery and sync reminders, and a weekly summary. Every message is generated and sent by the application.
Note: enrollment is invitation-only and limited while the service is in early access. Each subscriber connects their own Oura ring account and verifies their mobile number before messages begin.
